Program Divisions:

1. Youth Development Program
   Age Group(s): U14
   Dates: May through February
   Activities to include: tryouts (May), VBHL Summer League (July), summer socials (June/July), turf play days (one Sunday per month: August – November), VBHL Fall Frenzy (Saturdays in October), fall practices, fall socials, VBHL Indoor League (Saturdays in January/February), winter practice (January/February), participation in US Field Hockey Disney Showcase Tournament in Florida (February)
2. Festival Program
   Age Group(s): U16 & U19
   Dates: May through November
   Activities to include: tryouts (May), summer social (June), VBHL Summer League (July), summer tournaments (July/August), fall practices and socials (September/October/November), fall prep play days (November), participation in US Field Hockey National Festival in California (November)
3. Disney Program
   Age Group(s): U19
   Dates: January and February
   Activities to include: team is generally created by combining the interested members of the U16 and U19 Festival teams, additional spots are filled as needed by the program director and Disney coach; weekly practices (January and February), participation in US Field Hockey Disney Showcase Tournament in Florida (February)
4. Indoor Program
   Age Group(s): U12, U14, U16, & U19
   Dates: October through March
   Activities to include: tryouts (October), weekly practices (December/January/February/March), VBHL Indoor League (Saturdays in January/February), winter socials (January/February), regional qualifying tournament (December/January), practice tournaments (December/January/February), IF the teams qualify from the regional tournament then they will participate in the US Field Hockey National Indoor Tournament (March)
